Get ready to tackle the Tour de France—your way! Whether you’re on foot, wheels, water, or trail, this challenge is all about showing up daily and being part of something big. 🌍
How it works:
Each day of the TDF, we’ll give you the distance and vertical metres covered in the real race. You choose your challenge level—anywhere from 1% up to 50% of that day’s total.
That’s your target to walk, run, ride, kayak, or climb. 🥵👏
Over 23 days (with two rest days just like the pros), the full tour clocks in at:
📏 3336km
⛰️ 52,500 vertical metres
Log your progress each day, share your effort, and stay consistent—because the yellow jersey isn’t just about speed, it’s about showing up.
Each logged activity has different challenge points per kilometre:
Run = 3
Walk = 3.2
Cycle = 1
MTB = 1.25
Kayak = 2
Zwift = 0.75
Trail Run = 3.2
