CP Summer Group Running
Join our team to build up to your next event. Develop your technique, fitness, strength and speed to help you nail that PB or finish the event for the first time. These classes run from the start of daylight savings over summer September-April.
|Thursday Evening Run Group||Based out of Halswell Quarry this is a fantastic place to run with a huge variety of terrain to keep you interested and on your toes. Everyone is challenged to their own level and lots of fun is had! (although some of it could be classified as “type 2” fun…)

CP Winter Group Running - Thursday Evening
Join our team to keep yourself honest and maintain your fitness over the winter period. These group sessions run over winter from the end of daylight savings April-September.
|Thursday Evening Run Group||This is our weekly evening run session that is based around the hills and flats of Cashmere. Running around the streets it is important that you bring your headlamp and wear bright clothing especially for the stairs that your CP Coach will find for you!
Meeting at 5:50pm at St Martins Scout Hall for a 6pm start, Centaurus Road.

|CP Run Club||Are you looking for a run buddy?
Come along and we will match you up with a few running buddies to head out with.
Meeting at the store, team up with your run buddies and head out the door. Each night there will be a set location and a prescribed programme for the evening tailored towards the Christchurch Marathon, 1/2 or 10km events.
This is a great way to meet people of a similar ability as yourself from walk/runners to those that can keep up with Oska…
CP Group Session Pricing Options
CP Group Membership – One session per week
Choose any one CP group session per week for the duration of the membership. This includes all Cycling, Running, Cross Training or Mountain Biking CP Group Sessions.
CP Ultimate Group Membership – All sessions
Full access to all CP group sessions for the duration of the membership. This includes all Cycling, Running, Cross Training and Mountain Biking CP Group Sessions.
Note: All memberships are put on hold during the Christmas period where we closed for 3 weeks.
All levels are catered for by using our interval training method so you are challenged to the level that you want to be. Faster people can do 3-4 laps of a certain course while slower runners do 1-2 and no one gets left behind.
We deliver three regular group running sessions per week. You can either attend casually, purchase a membership or sign up for one of our group event programmes
