Over 10–12 weeks, beginning mid-February, you’ll follow a progressive running programme designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re brand new to running or returning after a break.

This programme leads directly into your first TeamCPNZ Adventure Day, making it the perfect stepping stone into the wider TeamCPNZ adventure community.

HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Getting Started
Once registered, your coach will load your training plan into your Training Tilt account and walk you through how to make the most of it in a short 30-minute online session.
2️⃣ Monthly Group Sessions
Each month, join Richard and with your fellow junior athletes (and mentors/parents) for a live online check-in focused on learning, accountability, and encouragement.
3️⃣ Be Part of the Team
Join TeamCPNZ and become part of something bigger — a community that will cheer you on, support you, and celebrate your achievements along the way.
