Strength at Home with Team CP

To be able to finish strong you have to be strong and you don't need a gym to be able to achieve it

Team CP Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kim, has a few workouts lined up for you to use at home.

 

20 MIN WORKOUT

Complete the following with the minute

5 x table rows

10 x pressups

15 x airsquats

When you can no longer complete within the minute, you are done! Record what round you made and see if you can improve on it.
