Sessions run on a four-weekly cycle, involving an interval session, easy run, hill repeats and a track session, lead by our Coaches, to build your fitness heading into the Christchurch and Queenstown Marathons, or purely for enjoyment! FRCC has an A and B sessions to cater for your energy levels, as well as a wide range of pace groups for the easy runs. So whether you are taking your first steps, further steps or faster steps we all RUN TOGETHER. So bring a friend, join the group and make sure no runner is left behind Are you looking for a run buddy? Come along and we will match you up with a few running buddies to head out with. Remember to join the free facebook group to make sure you know what’s happening! CP Run Club Pricing Options
All levels are catered for by using our interval training method so you are challenged to the level that you want to be. Faster people can do 3-4 laps of a certain course while slower runners do 1-2 and no one gets left behind.
We deliver two regular group running sessions per week. You can either attend casually or purchase a membership.
