‘𝗖𝗣 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬’ 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗬 28
On May 29, 1953 Sir Edmund Hillary and Nepalese Sherpa, Tenzing Norgay, became the first people to stand on the worlds highest peak, reaching the 8848m summit of Mt Everest .
To celebrate this EPIC feat, we will have our very own ”𝗖𝗣 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬’ on Sunday May 28.
Will you get your 8848m all in one day? Finish of your May Metres Challenge? This day is for everyone – whether Zwifting or in the great outdoors – running, walking, climbing, riding – share your story and your metres with us. As an extra challenge we will have CP Zwift Everest on the same day – you can choose to complete an entire Everest, 1/2 or finishing off you May Challenge.
We will be climbing Alpe Du Zwift – all 1036m of it! Over and over and over again! This is a great way to bring our world-wide community together. Zwift cut off is 6pm to get your metres.
Book in for your ZWIFT Challenge on the Group Training Calendar for May 28 so we know we will see you in the virtual. We will use DISCORD so we don’t miss a moment of good quality banter.
