Join our Training Plan PLUS — designed specifically for junior athletes to help you train smart, stay motivated, and make the most of your Coast to Coast journey with TeamCPNZ Head Coach, Richard Greer.
Richard knows the Coast to Coast inside and out — as an athlete, coach, and support crew with over 20 years of experience at the event. Now he’s bringing that knowledge directly to you.
HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Getting Started
Once registered, your coach will load your training plan into your Training Tilt account and walk you through how to make the most of it in a short 30-minute online session.
2️⃣ Monthly Group Sessions
Each month, join Richard and with your fellow junior athletes (and mentors/parents) for a live online check-in focused on learning, accountability, and encouragement.
3️⃣ Be Part of the Team
Training for Coast to Coast doesn’t have to be a solo mission. Join TeamCPNZ and become part of something bigger — a community that will cheer you on, support you, and celebrate your achievements along the way.

A kickoff meeting for athletes, mentors, and/or parents to set up your training plan, learn how to use the Training Tilt platform, and get tips for a strong start. -
💬 Monthly Group Catch-ups
Live online Q&A sessions with Richard to help you stay on track, answer questions, and build your confidence. -
📱 Training Plan in Training Tilt
Your full Coast to Coast preparation plan, delivered via our online platform (with app access for Android & iOS). -

Technique demos, strength workouts, and Coast-specific training guides — right at your fingertips. -
