Group Running

TeamCP deliver a variety of individual and group running sessions that will allow you to challenge yourself, learn new skills and practice them in a fun, safe environment. We employ top level Coaches that are not only experts in their field but have the skills to portray this knowledge to you. Our Coaching Team are passionate about what they do and want to help you become the best you can be.

We deliver two regular group running sessions per week and a monthly weekend adventure run during winter.

CP Winter Group Running

Join our team to keep yourself honest and maintain your fitness over the winter period. These group sessions run over winter from the end of daylight savings April-September.

Tuesday Morning Running Group All levels are catered for by using our interval training method so you are challenged to the level that you want to be. Faster people can do 3-4 laps of a certain course while slower runners do 1-2 and no one gets left behind.

Wednesday Run/Cross Train Group Session Join us for 40mins in your Wednesday Lunch Time to improve your running, strength and mobility to help you go faster and run for longer.

This is an evening session that has a hill component around the Westmorland area at the base of the port hills

If this is your first time preparing for this awesome community event or you are a seasoned runner wanting to improve your time join our team to help you achieve your goal.The package includes:
  • 3 months of weekly group running sessions,
  • a Team CP running top or singlet,
  • support from an awesome group of people,
  • an online training plan,
  • a planning session with your coach to ensure that the plan works for you,
  • race planning,
  • a group seminar on race nutrition and heaps more.

We will ensure that you are running well with good technique and make sure that you are fully prepared when you stand on the start line.

Weekly $24.5 (10 payments) – $245 pay in full

CP Summer Group Running

Join our team to build up to your next event. Develop your technique, fitness, strength and speed to help you nail that PB or finish the event for the first time. These classes run from the start of daylight savings over summer September-April.

Thursday Evening Run Group All levels are catered for by using our interval training method so you are challenged to the level that you want to be. Based out of Halswell Quarry this is a fantastic place to run with a huge variety of terrain to keep you interested and on your toes.  Everyone is challenged to their own level and lots of fun is had!
