Refunds & Cancellations

PRACTICAL SESSIONS & SKILLS CLINICS:

Cancellation Policy –

  • 16 – 30 days prior to SKILLS WORKSHOP/SESSION, you will receive a 50% refund.
    15 days prior to SKILLS WORKSHOP/SESSION, no refund available.

PRODUCTS: All TeamCP apparel comes with a full warranty for the original owner against material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage to the garment due to mistreatment, accident or normal wear and tear.

COACHING CONTRACTS: 

Contract Cancellation : If for any reason you wish to discontinue the Coaching Membership please take note of our terms and conditions listed below. Please email us and we will begin the cancellation process.

Cancellation within Contract Period

 – 4 weeks notice

  ( 4 x weekly payments)

Cancellation outside of Contract Period

 – minimum 2 weeks notice 

   (2 x weekly payments)

Contract Suspension : If you need to pause your coaching we can put it on hold for 3 months, please take note of suspension terms and conditions below

  1. Twelve weeks maximum suspension each year
  2. For suspensions greater than 4 weeks, 4 weeks of payments will be deducted and held in credit for your return.
  3. If you decide to cancel membership during or when suspension is completed, a 4 week paid notice period is required as per our cancellation terms and conditions. Your 4 weeks suspension credit will be used in this instance.

C2C SUPPORT CREW FOR ATHLETES: 

CANCELLATION before Dec 1, 50% of fees (exc deposit) are refundable. After Dec 2, no refunds applicable, possible transfer to following year (less deposit). Additional deposit fee will be required for 2025 roll-overs, along with any price increase difference.
