Pre run club workshop series

Begin your running journey with these two key workshops and give yourself a head start prior to our run club starting.
  • Develop your running technique,
  • Learn key strength and mobility exercises,
  • How to prepare and recover from a run.
  • Nutrition strategies to perform
The first half of the session will be an education session and the second half we will head across to the park for a run technique workshop.
