“I really enjoy working with such a broad range of personalities who share the common desire to challenge themselves through endurance sport. It’s great that people can combine an enjoyment of such healthy activity with a drive to meet personal goals and challenges. Being around people who are keen to push themselves is fantastic!”

“One of the things I have come to discover is that good training is in many ways like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. There are so many elements to consider and so many different ways to improve, or to go backwards, that it is really hard to do it effectively. Having a coach who can help you keep an eye on the big picture and help you use your time and energy where you get most reward is a real benefit for anyone looking to develop their performance.
