Health and Weight Management

We believe in a healthy balanced lifestyle approach that achieves results that you can maintain. You will form healthy habits for life and manage your weight in a healthy and effective way.

Losing body fat and keeping it off doesn’t (and shouldn’t ) have to involve extreme diets. Food should be enjoyed! A balanced diet is the key.

Dietary management should fit into your lifestyle and work for you, not against you. We will work together to find a solution that works into your lifestyle and meet your food preferences and needs.

Plan to manage your nutrient requirements and fit in all food groups for good health, vitality and to maintain daily energy levels.

Making a few small changes can make a significant difference to the way your body functions, how you look and feel, and to your physical health and mental well being.

Sports Nutrition

Whether you exercise to keep fit, participate regularly in an organised sporting activity, or are training to reach the peak level of your performance, just like training technique and programming – nutrition planning is an essential tool to allow you to perform at your best.

Making smart choices about the type, timing and quantity of food / fluid to eat and drink can all play a role in realising and achieving your best. Eating well is specific to you and your individual nutritional needs, as well as your training and event schedule.

With the aid of Beck and Reta, you will be able to optimise your response to training, stay healthy, prepare for events, recover effectively and make more informed choices about foods, beverages, the use of supplements.

Nutrition coaching

The ongoing nutrition coaching support from your Nutritionist will make sure that you remain on track and continue to learn what works best for you and your specific situation.
Together you will review your previous week and set a plan for the upcoming week. By following this process of accountability and goal setting you will turn your short and long term goals into reality. Your Nutritionist will send you a summary of your initial consultation, in the form of a personalised Nutrition Action Plan.

Consultation options

Initial Nutrition Consultation Get started with an initial consultation so we can get a full idea of where you are at, what you are doing well and what your challenges are.  Subsequently we will put together a strategy that will guide you towards getting to your finish line what ever that might be. $120
Level 1 Nutrition Coaching The 45 minute ongoing nutrition coaching support from your Nutritionist will make sure that you remain on track and continue to learn what works best for you and your specific situation. Together you will review your previous week and set a plan for the upcoming week. By following this process of accountability and goal setting you will turn your short and long term goals into reality. Your Nutritionist will send you a summary of your initial consultation, in the form of a personalised Nutrition Action Plan.

The bonus: The extra time each week with your Nutritionist allows for more in depth coaching on topics important and relevant to you, as well as time for planning ahead. Whether this be managing food cravings and eating behaviour, weekly meal planning, or planning your sports nutrition for an upcoming event. You will feel on top of your goals and set up to succeed.

Level 2 Nutrition Coaching The 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching support from your Nutritionist will make sure that you remain on track and continue to learn what works best for you and your specific situation. Together you will review your previous week and set a plan for the upcoming week. By following this process of accountability and goal setting you will turn your short and long term goals into reality. Your Nutritionist will send you a summary of your initial consultation, in the form of a personalised Nutrition Action Plan. $60 (weekly)

Nutrition Follow Up After we have established the first few steps that you will take towards your nutrition goals, you will know what needs to happen in order to get the results you want.The ongoing nutrition coaching support and meal suggestions will make sure that you remain on track and continue to learn what works best for you and your specific situation.
Together you will review your previous week and set a plan for the upcoming week. By following this process of accountability and goal setting you will turn your short and long term goals into reality.
