Group Cross-Train

Join us for a 1 hour session every Tuesday evening to improve your strength and conditioning, develop your stretching and boost your overall results!
This will be a cardio based workout with form specific stretches and exercises woven in throughout the hour.  So, if you want to further enhance your training and ensure you have a well-balanced exercise regime, then join us for a session of fun and development!
