Run Technique Workshops During this 1 hour small group workshop you will get specific feedback about your running so you know exactly what you need to do to improve. The key outcome from your session will be the development of a technique focused warm up so you can practice good running form and set yourself up for a good session every time you lace your shoes up.
Individual Run Technique Session If you would prefer a more individualised session or the workshop times don’t suit then we can book you in for a 1:1 session at a time that suits you.
